I had been to.to.Nexa Show room.in.Permugai, Vellore located in the Chennai highway, outskirts of Vellore. It's a good show room with attractive reception and I was well received by Mr Manoj. He was very polite and helpful. Never agressive but clear in his views He explained me about various options of cars and festures, depending on the budget and need. He followed it up frequently and allowed me to make my choice. Finally I bought Nexa Baleno. While receiving the cars all the representatives came together, made me feel special and sent me off with warmth Essentially, it was a very good experience. 30 may 2023 Nexa tel dept very irritating. They makecallsagain n again disturbing and making your life miserable .for feedback i have got 5 calls .today was the 5 th So irritating that vefore she even started i said EXCELLENT SERVICE. WHY CANT U PEOPLE EDUCATE UR STAFF PLEASE For those buying new cars beware the insurance offered .As per govt orders all car owners are required to buy 3 yrs 3 rd party insurance.but here their insurance is a cumpulsory additional 1 yr own damage insurance with a 3 rd party the 1 st yr and subsequent 2 yrs of 3 rd party insurance .so its cheaper to purchase comprehensive insurance for 3 yrs .moreover the comprehensive insurance for 3 yrs in other insurance firm is far cheaper ,than whats offered in NEXA So BEWARE 5 stars For their actual work of car maintainence, its a good service centre ,as good or as bad as the many nexa service centres in the country. 1 STAR for their telephone dept who keep ringing u up again and again and again which is irritating ~ Rocky A

I took first 2 car service in Bangalore, I was in Chittoor for some reason and remembered 3rd service was in Due hence opted to take service at Ganesh Nexa. Really had to appreciate S Naveen. Service experience was way much better than Bangalore. They were on time. At Bangalore they unnecessarily charge for fancy stuff even though my car is not in need of it. Here they suggest what is required and give us clear picture how to maintain. Would love to revisit and get serviced from same person Naveen again. Overall super satisfied. this will be my goto place for my car service. ~ DD D

Hospitality and customer interaction at its best. We chose to go for a 5 seater compact sub 4 meter. Ended up buying Alpha 4WD Grand Vitara. They explained the pros and cons of choosing both manual and automatic. Helped us to find the best fit. Very well communicated with the process. They tried their best to keep us engaged with th Loan and other process. Maruti by itself is a great pick. The way of explaining the customer needs is very nice. Very amicable staff like Sathish, Raghu and the remaining staff also. Before reaching Nexa show room, I was in fully confused mind as which vehicle I have to buy. After speaking with Sathish, Raghu & Ananda Raj - they cleared all my doubts and suggested me very well. I have seen the fronx vehicle while going in road I got inspired, and I came to showroom I met Teekaraman at Suzuki Nexa showroom vellore, he explained everything and me made a best affordable price for customer I'm happy for the price he have done blanded discount while purchasing the vehicle. He explained everything how to do what to do each and everything from start to end. Pure bliss What more could I say, Although Maruti is not known for quality the service for customers is fair, They told which car to not buy and which ones to buy beforehand itself and warned us of some failure models and instructed to buy a rival from another automaker itself. Models like Baleno Fronx and grand Vitara were shown and quotations were given. Jimny was also shown but we were not interested in 4WDs ~ Sabarish W

I recently left my car for the service in NEXA PERUMUGAI.The service was too good compare to the previous services. I can say this was the best service I have ever done. The Quality manager was completely in touch with me through out the service time and also he was so cooperative with me. Initially I was very skeptical to give my car to service as I had couple of outstanding issues which was not resolved earlier with other service centre, but this time service Manager acknowledged at right time when I raised this concern to Mr. Naveen S. He did some ground work before finding the root cause of the issue and later he fixed it. Had a smooth and hassle free experience throughout my journey in servicing my Car. The showroom was entirely supportive and customer friendly. It was a very good and awesome experience from Nexa Perumugai and especially Service Advisor: Mr. Naveen S. He is very polite, calm and well skilled in handling customer queries and meeting timelines. All my queries were resolved with great expertise. I appreciate his patience in responding to the customer. Customer Relationship Team: Ms Maheswari was excellent in following up with the customer patiently for two months by giving enough time to the customer to book the service slot and dealing with the competitive offers across service centres.
